Merry Linx is JCI Mandaue’s chapter relations and partnership initiative focused on strengthening ties with sister chapters across JCI through purposeful connection, collaboration, and continuous engagement. More than simple courtesy visits or kumustahan sessions, the program creates a platform for meaningful exchanges where relationships are nurtured and organizational bonds are reinforced. It recognizes that the strength of JCI is not only in individual chapters, but in the network they build together.
Through Merry Linx, JCI Mandaue opens opportunities for sharing best practices, exchanging ideas, learning operational systems, and discovering innovative approaches to leadership and community development. The initiative fosters cross-chapter collaboration in projects, trainings, and advocacies while building deeper camaraderie and mutual support. It also strengthens inter-chapter solidarity during milestone celebrations, conventions, and strategic initiatives, creating a culture of unity and collective growth.
